There are tons of awesome new faces and animals being added to the mix.

King fittingly signed off the tweet with his name in emoji form: a cow for Angus and a crown for King.

"A new lobster emoji would fill a necessary and unique void in the current Emoji List, and, should it be added, appears destined for significant usage by lobster fans around the world", King wrote in a September 2017 letter to the Unicode Consortium. The lobster emoji is just one of over 150 new emojis that Unicode announced Wednesday, according to WMTV.

For food lovers, there'll be cupcake, mango, salt shaker and bagel emojis. It's so as to synchronize the Emoji version number to the latest Unicode 11.0. The specifications of Unicode 11.0 are still a draft.

Other miscellaneous new emoji are the abacus, thread spool, chess pawn and a nazar, or evil eye amulet.

The previous version of emoji's set from the team was Emoji 5.0.
