The DC ensemble film is said to pick up where BvS left off. Based on the synopsis of "Justice League", Bruce Wayne is fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's sacrifice. But, even with the formation of the new league of heroes, it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Gal Gadot reprises her role as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince and there's new additions to the DC movie universe - Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash and Ray Fisher Victor Stone/Cyborg.
Stay put until the end of the trailer to see The Flash express his enthusiasm like a kid in a candy store! Of course, the fact that we open on a dramatic scene of Amy Adams looking forlorn in an empty field will do that. In the past few weeks, they've released a variety of gorgeous new character movie posters and behind-the-scenes production stills that have highlighted each team member individually and showed different pairs interacting with one another.
In it, you get to see more of the Justice League working together as a team and more of the bleak "we can't beat them" tone from the previous trailers.
The film's story is by Chris Terrio & Zack Snyder, with the screenplay by Chris Terrio and Joss Whedon.
